The mesh cover arrived with a snap missing. Very disappointing. The most annoying thing is the seller, Baby Bungalow, would not exchange it and just gave me the customer service number for Phil & Teds. Why couldn't they just exchange it for new one, as if I had bought it in their store. Not cool. Will never buy from them again!!!!!!
